Mark Mashiter Director
Mark has worked in the property industry for more than a decade, initially in London, U.K. sourcing and managing HMO properties, on behalf of a private fund, when in 2005 they expanded to the U.S. he established their office and oversaw both the day to day operation and the acquisition and disposition activities.
Following a return to UK in 2007 he conducted due diligence and trouble-shooting of properties across Europe. At the start of 2008 he launched a new operation in Miami, FL, which was established in order to acquire distressed properties in the cooling market, this fund has since gone on to invest heavily in the marketplace.
